Customer feedback company targets small business

September 5, 2006 • An online customer communication/feedback management business receiving assistance from the Westchester Business Accelerator L.L.C. expects its business to grow following the release of a new version of its product geared to smaller businesses.

Customer Feedback Solutions Inc. is releasing a new version of its Customer Feedback Center, a hosted software-on-demand service intended to help users measure their customers’ online communications and marketing in real time. For example, customers who download a brochure on a new product are tracked, generating a sales call from the user. And customers with complaints can send online “trouble tickets” to get action faster than sending e-mails.

The new service will target small and medium-sized businesses and cost $99 per month following a free 30-day trial -- a far cry from the $500 per month charged for the large-company solution when the company was profiled in the Business Journal last year (Feb. 7, 2005).

Customer Feedback Solutions also expects to gain new customers who will browse, share and ultimately install its new product, now that it has been certified an “AppExchange” partner of SalesForce.com. The leading customer relationship management software company offers on its AppExchange Web page software solutions integrated with its own product.

“There are 23,000 companies that use SalesForce.com who can now use our product in conjunction with SalesForce.com to enhance their sales and customer relationship opportunities,” said Adam Zeitsiff, Chief Executive Officer and President of Customer Feedback Solutions. “We’ve solved a simple business operational deficiency. Now salespeople can make sure their customers hands are held and support them on top of it so it creates a much stronger relationship between the customer and the salesperson.”

Zeitsiff said Customer Feedback Solutions expects to add more sales and support people in the coming year.
